Yes, if all of these conditions are met: we think the medication is appropriate for you, you use it as prescribed, you have the ability to check your blood pressure and heart rate at home and report at each visit.
-
Yes, we’re here to help if you’re thinking about stopping your medications, lowering your dose, or simplifying your treatment plan. We’ll always have an open and honest conversation with you—if we feel that changing your medication could cause more harm than good, we’ll explain why. But often, it’s worth exploring, especially if you’re unsure about your original diagnosis, if your current medication isn’t giving you the results you need, or if there are other ways to reduce your reliance on medications over time. We're here to support you every step of the way.
-
Not at all—we’re definitely not anti-medication. If we believe medication could be beneficial, we’ll let you know and walk you through the pros and cons. Our goal is to provide you with all the information you need to make informed decisions that align with your values. We’re here to support whatever approach works best for you to thrive, without any preconceived notions or judgments about what that should look like.
